Get the process running. Understand why it stopped.

Industrial Leader supports operating sites with PLC, HMI, SCADA, drive and instrumentation fault diagnosis. We work with your operations and maintenance teams to establish a safe scope, restore the system and document what changed.

A clear path from fault to recovery

Send the equipment model, fault code, symptoms and the operating conditions before the failure. We assess what can be established remotely, agree the next step and confirm availability for on-site support. Response time depends on location, access and the fault; call to confirm current availability.

  • PLC, distributed I/O and industrial network faults
  • HMI and SCADA communication, alarms and data issues
  • Drive trips, motor-control faults and feedback problems
  • Instrumentation, power supplies, interlocks and recurring intermittent faults

Investigate the system, not only the alarm

A drive trip may originate in a motor, cable, load or control sequence. An unavailable PLC signal may be a field device, I/O or communications problem. We follow the evidence through the system and agree testing with the site before changes are made.

  • Review alarms, recent changes and available backups
  • Check the process, hardware and software interfaces
  • Test the proposed correction against actual operating conditions
  • Record settings, program changes and remaining risks

Leave the next shift with useful information

The handover covers the observed fault, work completed and any follow-up needed. Where obsolete equipment, missing backups or recurring faults remain, we can scope a separate reliability or upgrade project.

  • A concise fault report and change record
  • Updated backups where access and equipment support them
  • Spares or obsolescence recommendations
  • A defined scope for permanent improvements

Questions about breakdown & lifecycle support

Is a 24-hour response guaranteed?

No. Call us to confirm availability and the response window for your site. Planned support agreements can define contacts, access and agreed response arrangements.

Can you connect remotely?

Where the site authorises secure access and suitable infrastructure is available. Remote viewing and changes are agreed separately and coordinated with on-site personnel.

Bring us the operating challenge.

Tell us about your site, equipment and intended outcome. We will help define a practical engineering scope.
